We use Westlaw, Lexis/Nexis, CaseMap, Microsoft PowerPoint, and variety of public databases and softwares to perform legal and investigative research, and to prepare for trial.   Our staff is highly qualified to perform legal research and to analyze cases. 
Our offices are fully equipped and computerized, and our staff members are highly experienced in using variety of softwares used in the legal field.  We can even assist with your duplication needs and document imaging for your pre-trial and trial preparations.   We take full charge of your case so that you can focus on representation of your client, not the paper work.

Founder & Director

Angela Masoudi is the founder and director of Expedia Paralegal Services & Litigation Support. She has more than 15 years experience in the legal field, and has worked with many prestigious firms throughout her career.  After completion of her Paralegal Studies and working at small and large law firms for several years, she obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business from CSUN.  She is currently a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations.  She has attended at numerous law and business seminars and continued-education courses throughout the years.

Angela Masoudi has extensive experience in handling complex cases with multiple parties in different areas of law, including, but not limited to, Criminal Defense (Federal & State), Complex Civil Litigations, Construction Defects, Personal Injuries, Product Liability, Landloard/Tenant, and Bankruptcy.    

Angela Masoudi has assisted with, and attended at numerous Criminal and Civil trials, and has provided excellent trial support to attorneys and law firms throughout her career. She is an excellent supervisor, an experienced legal researcher, and a diligent document analyst. She works closely with her staff to provide the best service to Expedia's clients.

Paralegals

David Armstrong

David has a Bachelor’s Degree in English from U.C. Berkeley and a Certificate in Litigation from UCLA.  For most of the last 14 years, he has worked in business and environmental litigation for law firms and for legal departments.  Previously, he was employed by sole practitioners in the areas of entertainment, probate, and family law.   His expertise include trial preparation of exhibits and document production; file management of pleadings and discovery; drafting discovery, agreements & releases; and Internet research.

Judy A. Curiel

Judy received a Paralegal Certificate in 1991 from Pasadena City College.  With over 17 years experience in the legal field, Judy excels and specializes in litigation and class action complex multi party cases in the areas of Toxic Tort, Construction Defect, Inverse Condemnation, Labor Law, Product Liability, Eminent Domain, Environmental, Condominium Association,  Real Estate and Personal Injury law.  Judy has extensive experience and expertise in the preparation and handling of discovery, strong investigative skills, legal research, summarizing deposition transcripts, medical records, and employment records.  In Addition, Judy has attended at and assisted with numerous complex and multi-defendants trails.                                                                

 

 

Jacqueline M. Brooks

Jacqueline is a Certified Paralegal.  She received her paralegal certificate in 1995 from Catherine College, and did her internship at San Fernando Valley Family Legal Services.   She is experienced in the following areas of law:  Civil Litigation, Insurance Defense, Criminal Law, Entertainment, Family Law, and Workers' Compensation.  Among her other qualities, she is proficient in drafting, transcribing, preparing, summarizing, and analyzing legal documents, and assisting with trial preparations. 

Roberta L. Perkins 

In 1984, Roberta graduated from UCLA with a BA degree in Spanish.  She then obtained two Paralegal Certificates from the University of West Los Angeles, one in Corporate Law and the other in Family Law.  She is highly proficient and qualified to prepare and file all legal documents in Family Law as well as any analytical writing and research.  Her skills also include formation of all business entities and the annual maintenance required from the state and federal government for profit, non-profit corporations, LLC, and LLPs.

 

Ebby Kahen Kashani

 

Ebby received his J.D. in 2003 from San Bernardo Valley College of Law.  He is proficient in performing computer research on Westlaw, Lexis, and other Internet sites, and in performing library research including primary and secondary sources from books and other Federal and State legal resources.   He is specialized in Civil Litigation and has extensive experience in preparation of pleadings, motions, memorandums, and other legal documents.

 

David Ballard

David received a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish Literature from University of California, Berkeley.   David is fluent in Spanish and is highly qualified to interview Spanish speaking clients and witnesses.  He has been trained as a paralegal to summarize and index legal documents, draft reports and memorandums, and summarize deposition and trial transcripts.  David has been working in the legal field since 1998, and has a great deal of experience working with legal documents and contracts.
